Pure Resonance Audio has announced the launch of the S12, a new 12-inch, two-way coaxial loudspeaker with an IP66 rating that’s designed for outdoor applications such as stadiums and ballparks.
The coaxial 12-inch woofer and 1.5-inch tweeter are stated to deliver a frequency response of 70 Hz to 20 kHz with 90 by 90-degree dispersion over areas stated to exceed 4,000 square feet. It is equipped with a 70/100-volt multi-tap transformer with an 8-ohm bypass and is supplied with a wall mounting bracket for installation.
The new S12 loudspeaker is expected to ship in September, 2024. It is available for pre-order on the company website or through authorized retailers. Go here for more specifics on the S12.
